These Terms of Service govern your use of the Muster safety check-in service ("Service"), operated by Jason Vogel ("we," "us," or "our"). By using the Service, you agree to these terms.

Description of Service

Muster is a safety check-in platform that allows organizations to send SMS check-in requests to their members and record responses. The Service is intended for use by organizations (such as employers) and their designated members.

Organization Responsibilities

Organizations that enroll members in Muster ("Account Holders") agree to the following:

Acceptable Use

The Service may only be used for legitimate safety check-in purposes. You may not use Muster to:

SMS Messaging

The Service uses SMS messaging to conduct check-ins. Message and data rates may apply to recipients. Message frequency varies based on your organization's use of the Service. Recipients may opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message.

Account Holders are responsible for ensuring their use of SMS messaging through Muster complies with applicable laws, including the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA).

Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the Service will be available at all times or that SMS messages will be delivered successfully. Muster is not a substitute for emergency services. In any emergency, contact local authorities (911) immediately.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including any failure of SMS delivery during an emergency or other event.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
